Coral Coast – Sigatoka/Korotogo
Missing Jewellery on Fiji's Coral Coast?
From the Sigatoka Sand Dunes to the Outrigger and Warwick — 80km of Reef-Edge Recovery.
The Coral Coast runs roughly from Natadola through Sigatoka, Korotogo, Korolevu and on to Pacific Harbour — Fiji's longest stretch of resort coastline, sitting behind a near-continuous fringing reef. Ring Seekers Coral Coast covers the strip from the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park through the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort, Warwick Fiji, Naviti Resort, Bedarra, Hideaway, and the Korolevu villas — with reef-flat search experience for rings lost on the lagoon side.
Operating Across the Coral Coast
The Coral Coast is unique in Fiji: a long, mostly continuous reef-protected lagoon coastline rather than a string of separate beaches. The fringing reef sits between 50m and 500m offshore, and at low tide the lagoon flats expose a wide reef-platform where rings can settle.
Resort clusters: the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort and Naviti Resort at Korotogo; Warwick Fiji, Hideaway Resort, Bedarra Beach Inn, and the Crusoe's Retreat further east at Korolevu. Inland, the Sigatoka River mouth and the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park add unusual search environments — riverine sand, dune slopes, and coastal heath.
Response time: a few hours from a Sigatoka or Korotogo base, 2–A few hours from Nadi airport. We coordinate with the resort security teams in advance so we arrive ready to walk straight to the loss zone.

Common Search Locations on the Coral Coast
Outrigger Beach and Pool Complex
The Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort's main beach and three-tier pool complex are heavy loss spots — kids' pool, lap pool, swim-up bar, and the lagoon-front sand all sit in one connected zone.
Warwick and Naviti Resort Frontages
Korolevu's Warwick and Naviti share an extensive beach with reef flats. Honeymoon couples, beach weddings, and snorkel-entry zones are all common loss points.
The Sigatoka Sand Dunes
Fiji's first national park is a 5km dune system at the mouth of the Sigatoka River — a unique inland search environment for rings lost on guided dune walks.
Sigatoka River Mouth
Where the Sigatoka River meets the ocean, brackish silt and shifting sandbars trap rings dropped during 4WD river-mouth tours or fishing trips.
Reef-Flat Snorkel Zones
Korolevu's lagoon snorkel entries — Crusoe's Retreat, Hideaway, Beachhouse — are reef-platform recoveries. Sand patches between coral heads at low tide.
Beach-Wedding Lawns
Outrigger's chapel lawn, Naviti's beachfront ceremony zone, and Warwick's lawn pavilions are wedding-loss territory we've worked many times.
Why Choose Ring Seekers Coral Coast?
Sigatoka to Korolevu in a few hours
From Sigatoka town we cover the full Coral Coast resort strip within a few hours. The Queens Road runs the entire length and we know its traffic pattern.
Reef-Flat Search Experience
The Coral Coast lagoon is a low-tide reef-platform of sand patches between coral heads — different to open beach. We use shallow-water gear and reef-platform search patterns.
Sigatoka Sand Dunes Specialists
Few teams will work a national park dune system. We will, with park authority coordination.
Outrigger, Warwick, Naviti Familiarity
The big Coral Coast resorts know our team. Concierge and security coordinate access for us.
Sigatoka River Mouth Recovery
The river mouth is brackish, silty, and tidal — a different search again. We have the gear and the experience.
Multilingual Service
English, Hindi, Fijian, with French and German for European resort guests.
Fast Professional Detection
Calibrated for mixed reef debris and volcanic sand — the gear adapts to both Coral Coast profiles.
Beach-Wedding Discretion
Coral Coast resorts run weddings 4–5 days a week in season. We work around the ceremony schedule.
Volcanic-Reef Sand Calibration
Mixed reef debris and volcanic sand throws off cheap detectors. Ours is tuned.
Long-Strip Coverage
From Korotogo to Pacific Harbour we cover 60+km of coastline with one local team.
Understanding the Coral Coast's Search Conditions
Reef-Flat Tidal Exposure
At low tide, hundreds of metres of lagoon flat are walkable. Rings settle between coral heads in sand patches. We work these on foot at low water.
Mixed Reef Debris and Sand
The substrate is a mix of crushed coral, sand, and mineralised volcanic grit — challenging for entry-level detectors but routine for ours.
Sigatoka Sand Dunes Sand Movement
Dune crests shift with wind. A ring lost on a dune walk may move 1–2m within hours — we work the immediate area carefully and quickly.
River-Mouth Silt
Sigatoka River mouth is silty estuarine bed. Recovery here is slower than open sand, but very doable.
Cyclone Reef-Edge Erosion
After tropical lows, the Coral Coast beach edge can erode metres in a night. Items get exposed unexpectedly — and equally can wash into deeper water.
Coral Stone Walkways
Many resort paths are crushed-coral stone — rings bounce and lodge between stones rather than sinking.

FAQs – Coral Coast – Sigatoka/Korotogo
Do you cover the full Coral Coast strip?
Yes — from the Sigatoka Sand Dunes through Outrigger, Naviti, Warwick, Hideaway and Crusoe's Retreat at Korolevu. Roughly 60km of coastline.
I lost my ring in the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park. Will the park let you search?
Yes — we coordinate with the park rangers in advance. Dune-system searches are unusual but we're familiar with the protocol.
My ring went into the lagoon at the Outrigger. Reef snorkel entry. Recoverable?
Very often, yes. We work the lagoon flat at low tide on foot and the search zone narrows quickly with a clear loss point.
I'm getting married at the Warwick. Can you be on standby?
Yes — beach-wedding standby is something we offer for high-stakes Coral Coast ceremonies. Most are precautionary; occasionally needed.
Do you cover the Sigatoka River mouth fishing tours?
Yes — river-mouth recovery is one of our specialties on the Coral Coast. Brackish, silty, doable.
How does the reef sand affect detection?
The crushed-coral and volcanic mix is tricky for cheap detectors but our gear handles it. We ground-balance on the specific zone.
How much does your service cost?
Pricing is confirmed when you book, based on the specifics of your situation. Contact us with the details and we'll explain the structure clearly upfront — no surprises, nothing hidden. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard.
What payment methods do you accept?

What if it dropped during a horse ride at Sigatoka beach?
Beach-horse rides on the Coral Coast tend to use the Sigatoka beach extension. We work the ride line and the saddling-up zone first.
